Meghan Markle has revealed the due date of her and Prince Harry's anticipated royal baby during a visit to Birkenhead in Wirral, Merseyside - causing widespread excitement among royal fans.

Meghan Markle sent fans into a frenzy when she let slip the due date of her first baby with husband Prince Harry.

The Duchess of Sussex let the secret out during a visit to Birkenhead in Wirral, Merseyside on Monday.

The proud Duchess told fans she is six months pregnant and that she would be expecting the royal baby to arrive towards the end of April - or even the very beginning of May.

But the Duchess insisted her and husband Harry said they did not know the sex of the baby - as they wanted it to remain a surprise right up until they day itself.  Read More from EXPRESS.
